What you should know:
- To check-in, you must present the valid photoidentification, viz: Official Government issued photo identification, driving license, election photo id, passport (for internationalpassengers) and photo credit card.
- It is mandatory to carry your photo identification during your entire journey.
- The check-in counters will close 30 minutes prior to departure.
Check in:
- Passengers are requested to arrive 30 min prior to the time of departure.
- Passengers mandatorily have to carry govt issue photo id Proof for entry into Airport/Jetty.
- No Show.
- Gates Close 30 min prior to departure , if passengers arrive late they will be treated as No Show and no refund /no rescheduling is possible .
- If passengers arrive without Original Photo Id proof, they will be treated as No Show and No Refund / No rescheduling is possible.
Cancellation:
- Ticket once booked is non refundable/non transferable/Non Cancellable.
- Change/cancellation in timing or weather can happen due to Government clearance / bad weather/poor visibility /non availability of exact time slots. We will not be liable for the same.
- We does not own, maintain or operate aircrafts, helicopters or yachts. We are an online and offline travel information, scheduling and transaction service and all liability regarding travel, loss ,injury or accident of any kind lies only on the operator.
- Route of the tour is as per sole discretion of accretion aviation and or allied parties including ATC.
- Rs 3000 cancellation charge applicable if cancelled before 5 working days. If cancelled under 5 working days of departure 100% non refundable.
- In case of bad weather, re-scheduling is free and cancellation charges will be 30% applicable.
