Redemption terms:
- eVoucher denomination: INR 5000.
- eVouchers will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Vouchers should be redeemed before the expiry date mentioned on the vouchers. Vouchers once expired shall not be renewed.
- The eVoucher can be redeemed only against domestic / international holiday package (includes air + hotel).
- This eVoucher can not be redeemed on only flights booking.
- This eVoucher is non-refundable & non transferable and final decision will be taken by MMT.
- This eVoucher is not valid for partial redemption.
- These eVouchers can be redeemed only at retail branch of MMT at Mahim, Mumbai. (Please see below to view the redemption process)
- The booking value should be equal to or more than the eVoucher value. Cost considered at the time of booking may vary as per availability and rates at the time of booking.
- The holder of the eVoucher may have to pay excess amount if the fare exceeds the eVoucher amount.
- eVoucher key is for one-time use only and cannot be redeemed multiple times.
- Multiple keys cannot be used for one order.
- In case the customer purchases a package for Rs.18,000/- whilst the amount is Rs.20,000/-, balance cannot be claimed by him again.
- The eVoucher cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers such as discounts; cash back etc on a particular card.
- Issued eVoucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- In case of cancellation made using this eVoucher, the voucher amount will be forfeited.
- No claims for any misuse of the eVoucher will be entertained by MMT.
- Physical copy of the eVoucher has to be presented at the time of booking along with an ID proof.
- In no event the liability of MMT for any claims arising under this offer shall exceed the value of the eVoucher.
- MakeMyTrip (I) Pvt. Ltd. is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
Redemption Process:
- Customer needs to contact at retail branch of MMT at Mahim, Mumbai.
- Customer can call at Mahim branch or can directly visit the Mumbai branch.
