- Gates Close 30 min prior to departure , if passengers arrive late they will be treated as No Show and no refund /no rescheduling is possible .
- If passengers arrive without Original Photo Id proof, they will be treated as No Show and No Refund / No rescheduling is possible.
Cancellation:
- Ticket once booked is non refundable/non transferable/Non Cancellable.
- Change/cancellation in timing or weather can happen due to Government clearance / bad weather/poor visibility /non availability of exact time slots . We will not be liable for the same

- Rs 3000 cancellation charge applicable if cancelled before 5 working days. If cancelled under 5 working days of departure 100% non refundable.
- In case of bad weather, re-scheduling is free and cancellation charges will be 30% applicable.
