Returns and Refunds

The agreement between you and the Tajonline.com™ shall be subject to the following terms and conditions :

1. What is Tajonline.com™?
  Tajonline.com™ is an online store providing a worldwide service for sending gifts to India and for delivery of products worldwide.
2. How soon can you deliver?
  Our goal at Tajonline.com™ is to ensure delivery on the chosen day. We call this day the "Preferred Delivery Day". We understand that you would want your gift delivered on the special occasion and not a day later so we make sure that we meet the Preferred Delivery Day Deadline.
  The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time. The delivery time depends on the delivery location and the item being shipped. The exact delivery estimates for a product are made available when you place the order.
  Processing time for an item is the time taken for manufacturing/sourcing the product. You can usually find an item's processing time on the “add to cart” page – e.g.: ships from warehouse in 3 days.
  Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. Generally metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Madras, Calcutta and Bangalore require a shorter lead time of 2 days and other towns and cities require a lead time of 3-4 days. Some products like electronics, custom made products and out of stock products can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to get delivered.
  Oversize items - will be shipped by a surface mode. They will arrive approximately 6 to 8 business days after leaving the warehouse.
  Speed post - will be shipped by a speed post as it may not be serviceable by any other courier. They will arrive approximately 10 to 12 business days after leaving the warehouse.
3. What is the method of payment and ordering?
  Tajonline.com™ is an internet based service and hence it is necessary for you to order directly from this web site. We accept all International and Indian Credit Cards and Debit cards. Also we offer payment option through Net-Banking, paypal. You can pay us via the net banking service of leading Indian banks. Citibank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, AXIS Bank (formerly UTI Bank), IDBI Bank, Federal Bank, Bank of Punjab, Punjab National Bank, Bank of Rajasthan etc.
4. Where is Tajonline.com™ based?
  Tajonline.com™ operates from Mumbai, India. All customer service issues are handled in Mumbai, India
5. Where are the products sourced from and will multiple products be delivered together?
  Tajonline.com™ is in the delivery and service industry business. We believe in hosting only high-quality branded products. Our products are sourced from the most reputed companies in the country.
  Multiple product orders are not shipped together. The products selected could be sourced from different vendors and even though we do our best to coordinate the delivery of the products together it is not always possible due to order processing time, different locations and logistic services used by the vendors.
6. Can I send a card along with the gift?
  All gifts are sent with a message card which is free. Just type in your message while placing your order and we will do the rest.
7. Are there any hidden costs such as delivery charges, taxes etc.?
  There are no hidden costs. The price is inclusive of vendor cost which is charged by vendor and shipping charges charged by Tajonline.com™ for delivery of the product.
8. Where in India can you deliver?
  We have services to almost 9000 pin codes in India. The delivery cities and towns depend on the product you are ordering. Every product has the details of the cities and town serviced.
9. How do I know that delivery is complete?
  We send you an e-mail informing that your order has been shipped along with the shipping details.
10. Are the items delivered as per the display on the Web Pages?
  There may be some variation in the gifts especially in perishable items like cakes, chocolates and flowers. Generally the gifts will be similar to the pictures on the web. They will definitely match or exceed all the specifications in terms of weight, size, count and functionality. Flowers specified in the arrangements shown may differ as per seasonal availability. If the flowers specified in the arrangements are not available, suitable alternatives will be used.
11. What if the recipient's address is wrong or the recipient no longer stays there?
  Tajonline.com™ will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the receiver's address within 24 hrs. of receiving our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made. But in no circumstances will the gift be changed, or in case of perishable commodities, will a fresh one be delivered.
12. What is your refund policy?
  Once an order is booked it cannot be cancelled. If we have not processed the order it can be cancelled with a 10% service fee. For more details please see the Returns and refunds.
