Appreciate the promptness on part of Taj online customer representative to call back when the person to whom the product was sent was not available and calling me to tell that they will deliver to another alternate address.
Keep up the good work !! Very good customer service. I have ordered almost 20 times through Taj online in the past 2 years and was dissatisfied just once. Am glad I choose Taj Online to deliver gifts to India regularly.
