Every year I use tajonline - an online portal, to send gifts to family in India. This year, due to a miscommunication, we thought a gift we sent wasn't received.
I followed up with tajonline and specifically with a gentleman by the name of Ravindra. He truly went out of his way to find out what happened and sent me the necessary information to help us establish what went wrong.
Turns out the gift was indeed delivered but due to a misunderstanding, it was assumed otherwise. I have no words to thank the tajonline customer support team and especially Ravindra who went the extra mile for me!

We do appreciate the effective service and timely delivery of the item as requested by us.
There are couple of concerns / suggestions as listed below:
- If you could also send us an email confirming the delivery. We did get the email for the shipment status but nothing for delivery.
- Also the message that we wanted to appear on the package ( or the card if you attach one) was missing and only one name was visible of the sending party which was kind of confusing for the receiveing party.
Can you kindly make sure that these things are incorporated in future as we look forward to more dealings with you.
