Change Account Settings
It's easy to change your password, shipping information, and billing/ payment information for your account.
Changing Password:
Go to "My Account" and sign in

Click change your password

For added security, you will be asked to verify the old password for your account before making changes

You will then get the option to enter a new password

Click on submit and your password is changed

Changing Shipping/billing Information:
To change to a new address, go to "My Account" (located at the top of each page) and sign in.

Click on change billing address

Re-enter your billing information

To add new address :click on manage address book – click “add”

If you'd like to remove an address, click "Delete" from address book

Track Your Order
If your order has been shipped, click the "Track Your Order" link at the top right hand side of our site

Please Note: Only orders that have been taken by a shipping carrier can be tracked. Tracking is not applied to orders that have a "Processing" status

Processing time - is the time taken for manufacturing/sourcing the product. You can usually find an item's processing time on the “add to cart” page – mentioned as “ships from warehouse to the supplier”.

Shipping time - The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order, until the time you receive it.

Oversize items - Oversize items will be shipped through surface mode. They will arrive in approximately 5 to 8 business days after leaving the warehouse.

Speed post: will be shipped by speed post as it may not be serviceable by any other courier. They will arrive in approximately 10 to 12 business days after leaving the warehouse

Please note: Shipping times do not include processing time (most in-stock items generally take 1-2 days to process). Before you sign for the delivery, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during transit. It is normal for the package to show some wear. However, if there is visible damage to the package contents refuse delivery of the order and contact us. Please have your order number available.

You can view your order history under ‘My Account ‘option.

Please follow the below steps:

Under My Account enter your username and password.

Under Order Management, Click on View / Track Order

You can view your purchase history in terms of Order number, Order details, Order status & Date on which the order was placed.
