It is formed with like minded dedicated personalities from various fields with a single thought "HELP THE HELPLESS". It is registered under F.C.R.A (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976) from Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, India to accept contributions and donations from foreign donors, agencies and individuals. It is also registered under Income tax, Tax Exemption. All the contributions and donations to SWATHI are tax exempted under 12 (A) & 80 (G).
