Operations: ˇ Lead the development and implementation of standardized programs (SOPs), policies and procedures. ˇ Ensuring all consumer and corporate websites managed out of TOL platform is up and running ˇ Ensure efficient order management. Logistics: ˇ Tying up with the best in the business nsuring: National players of repute who provide optimum delivery efficiency And have maximum delivery reach. Accountable for competitive prices and making it a profit centre Team Performance: ˇ Define team targets to improve performance of operational functions. ˇ Responsible for career management of team members including objective setting, training, fostering development, coaching and counseling, and performance management. ˇ Identify ways and means to attract, develop and retain talent. ˇ Ensure optimum output from team. Projects: ˇ Ensure new project/initiative originating from the Business Head is clearly understood and implemented on time ˇ Ensuring prompt implementation of new initiatives & changes on Website, and perform UAT for the same. Marketing & Promotions: ˇ Understand requirements for any promotional activity undertaken for consumer or corporate clients. ˇ Design and deploy operational processes with process team to manage these promotions Dispatch Management: ˇ Ensure timely dispatches of orders from vendors ˇ Work with category team to improve performance of vendor with respect to services rendered. ˇ Help in conformity from vendors and team to processes related to order management module. MIS & Reporting: ˇ Facilitate MIS requirements and consistent reporting of all operational activity to management |
