Job Description :
 
  • Managing a strong process compliant customer centric team. Ensure high quality services resulting in customer delight & optimum utilization of resources for maximum service quality.
  • Effective people management to ensure improvement in team’s productivity and output.
  • Monitor processes and suggest improvements based on interaction with customers / team.
  • Adherence to defined ISO process and improvement. Document and monitor change.

Experience : 1 - 2 years

Location : Corporate Office - Mumbai
